I’m Mahji Quadir — founder of Inspire to Empower®, leadership and transformation coach, author and creator of the M.A.G.N.E.T.I.C.™ Method.
For more than two decades, my work has centred on people, leadership and change. But what I’ve learned — professionally and personally — is that the most meaningful transformation rarely begins around us. It begins within us.
THE PERSON BEFORE THE TITLE
But my journey didn't begin with titles.
I started out as a Computer Science graduate, working two jobs and trying to find my place in the world. As a British Asian woman, I was navigating expectations, identity and ambition — alongside my own ideas of who I wanted to become.
The path wasn't linear. There were setbacks, rejection and moments when life didn't follow the plan I had imagined. But each chapter taught me something.
I began my career behind a bank counter and went on to spend more than two decades leading people, teams and transformation. Along the way, my career grew — but so did the questions about identity, purpose and what success really meant to me.
Those questions eventually led me to coaching, Inspire to Empower®, writing and the work I do today. I haven't arrived here through qualifications alone. I've arrived here through living it.

BEYOND THE TITLES
A life that's still unfolding.
Outside of coaching and leadership, I'm a writer, lifelong learner, community advocate and a person who finds grounding in faith, family and nature. I value meaningful conversations, quiet reflection, a cup of tea, great books and experiences that broaden the mind and nourish the soul.
I believe in living what I teach - with intention balance and gratitude.
